In the administrative building of Perm Customs, a fire-tactical training session was held in cooperation with the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for Perm Krai to practice actions in case of fire.
According to the legend, fire broke out in a room on the second floor of the building. On the signal of notification customs officers called emergency services and organized evacuation from the office premises, but there were those who could not get out.
Promptly arrived firefighters of the fire and rescue unit No. 5 for the protection of the Sverdlovsk district, as part of the gas firefighting service, took the injured customs officers out of the building and extinguished the fire.
Thanks to the coordinated actions of customs officials and firefighting units, the injured were rescued and the suspected fire was extinguished.
At the end of the training specialists of the emergency department not only gave a positive assessment of the actions of customs officials in case of fire, but also talked about the rules of fire extinguishers, those who wished to try them in practice.
