Perm custom: the result of the control after release of goods transferred into the budget more than 45 million rubles
Department of customs control after release of goods of the Perm customs from the beginning of 2020 conducted 10 screening events, 3 of them exit customs inspection, 7 cameral customs checks, 2 customs inspection of premises and territories.
According to the results of customs control after release of goods by the Perm customs additionally charged customs payments, interest and utilization fees in the amount of 39 million 536 thousand rubles, imposed penalties 7 million 584 thousand. Subject to inspections in previous periods was collected customs duties, fines, recycling fees 37 million 326 thousand rubles and imposed penalties 8 million 318 thousand rubles. Currently, there are 8 Desk customs inspections. Initiated 6 cases on administrative offenses.
The performance of the activities conducted was 100%, with the prescribed rate of 84%.
An example of the most effective cameral customs inspection in the first half of 2020 is the proof, OOO on the issue of validation of the declared code of the goods according to the NOMENCLATURE of the parts of drilling machines. The result of this review was the adoption of the Perm customs with the decision on the classification of the product (changing the product code), which led to an increase in the rates of import customs duties from 0 to 7.5 %. Accrual of customs duties amounted to more than 12.5 million rubles.
Over the same period of 2019 charged customs payments, penalties and interest in the amount of 128 million 613 thousand roubles.
Additional assessments were conducted after 14 customs inspections, 17 of the customs inspection of premises and territories conducted by the Department of customs control after release of goods of the Perm customs.
The performance of the activities conducted made up of 92.31%, while the prescribed rate of 83%.
Perm custom for the period together with the transport Prosecutor’s office and other regulatory agencies instituted 21 cases of administrative offences and 2 criminal cases on the facts of violation of customs legislation.
