The new NWTU building is under construction

Northwest Customs Administration continues construction of a new office and production building to house the department’s services and divisions.
The building will be located at 71 Savushkina St., St. Petersburg. 2. Previously the North-West Operational Customs Office was located here
The contracting organization is OOO Novy Gorod. The area of the eight-storey building being erected (including the basement) is 17 226,57 m2. The design solutions provide for the construction of an underground parking lot, an open parking lot, a gymnasium, a shooting range, and a canteen. It is planned to equip the object with a complex of information-technical means, uninterrupted guaranteed power supply system. Rooms will be created to house a server room and a regional computing complex
On December 28, 2023, the work on bored test piles started
