Novorossiysk customs officers, in collaboration with the police, have discovered approximately 1,456 units of nicotine-containing products during inspection activities in the domestic market. The authorities identified the sale of prohibited items, specifically electronic nicotine delivery systems and the accompanying nicotine-containing liquid without the required «Data Matrix» labeling. The entrepreneur did not possess the necessary documentation for these goods. The products were seized and removed from circulation. An administrative offense case has been initiated against the individual entrepreneur under Article 14.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which pertains to the illegal sale of goods whose free sale is prohibited or restricted. The materials related to the administrative offense have been sent to court for further consideration.
