More than 13 million rubles collected Chita customs results of customs control after release of goods for the 1st half of 2020

13.6 million rubles collected Chita customs results of customs control after release of goods for the 1st half of 2020. In respect of participants of foreign economic activities initiated 32 cases of administrative offences.

In the 1st half of 2020 Chita customs 16 customs checks in the form of control after release of goods. The audits revealed violations of the customs legislation.

So, the four tests showed that imported on the territory of Russia of cars previously imported into the territory of the Republic of Armenia and in respect of them was paid the customs duties at the rates established for this country. However, these vehicles were not declared when imported into the territory of Russia and has not been paid the difference in customs duties for their importation. As a result of inspections on imported vehicles customs assessed more than 5.5 million rubles collected more than 700 thousand rubles.

When checking in the export of timber was revealed that the declared customs value of goods is not accurate and documented. By results of check it is additionally accrued about 2 million rubles, collected about 300 thousand rubles.

As told Elena Alipova, head of Department of customs control after release of goods the Chita customs, currently in the production Department is 10 customs inspections: the facts the reliability of the declared information on customs value, the classification code of the goods, observance of prohibitions and restrictions, the correctness of calculation and payment of the utilization fees, the importation of the goods into the customs territory of the EAEU. The estimated amount of additional charges for inspections – more than 30 million rubles.
