More than a hundred organizations of the Krasnoyarsk territory in 2019 untimely reported on the results of mutual trade with the countries of the EEU

In 2019 Krasnoyarsk customs for failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with member countries of the Eurasian economic Union against 103 organizations, brought 639 cases of administrative offenses (AP) article on 19.7.13 administrative code. This is 2.5 times more than in 2018 (263 cases of AP).

So, on the facts of violation of the deadline for the submission of statistical forms in 2019, there were 631 cases of administrative offences, 8 – due to the failure of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods. Facts submission to the statistical forms that contain inaccurate information, in 2019 have been identified.

By results of consideration of the cases on administrative offences, the Krasnoyarsk-based organizations violating the requirements of the customs legislation, appointed administrative punishment in the form of a fine amounting to almost 1.5 million rubles.

To submit statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with member States of the Eurasian economic Union (Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus) obliged all Russian person who concluded the transaction under which the goods are imported into Russia or exported from its territory of the member States of the EEU. Statistical forms submitted to the customs authority in the region of the applicant consists on the account in tax authority, not later than the eighth working day of the month following the month of shipment of the goods from the warehouse or goods receipt to the warehouse.
