More than a billion rubles accrued to the Federal budget: the results of work of the Ural operative customs

In 2019 the Ural customs officers opened 93 cases in 2018 – 89 cases. Increased the number of economic crimes compared to the previous year is 28% more cases opened on the facts of the use of fraudulent documents when making currency transactions and 30% on the facts of evasion from payment of customs payments.

The quantity of the raised Affairs about administrative offences increased from 6 million cases in 2018, to 7.5 million cases in 2019. Most of the offenses in the customs sphere were committed by legal entities, their share was 61%. The number of smuggling-forming cases on the facts you fail to declare or unreliable Declaration of goods increased compared to the year 2018 by 11%.

“By results of work of operational divisions of customs of the region to the Federal budget of 918 million rubles, which is 4 times more than last year. Average budget efficiency of one customs inspection in 2019 amounted to 23.7 million rubles, in 2018 – 3.3 million rubles,” – said the head of the Ural operative customs Igor Piskunov.

It is worth noting that last year the offenders were rarely appealed against rulings on administrative offences, which shows an increase in the level of law taken by the customs body of the decision.

The proportion of cases dealt with sentencing, has exceeded 99.7 percent (in 2018 to 98.8%). It is noted high efficiency of execution of decisions about appointment of punishment in the Federal budget from committed offences received almost 120 million rubles.
