More than 37.3 billion rubles transferred to the southern customs in the Federal budget in the 1st quarter of 2020

In the 1st quarter of 2020. the customs authorities of UTAH are listed in the Federal budget of 37 million rubles. 329,51 Installed FCS control tasks performed by the management 102,47%. Ahead of the curve in absolute terms amounted to 901,03 million rubles.

In January-March 2020 the customs authorities of UTAH was 81.7 thousand of customs declarations (DT), which exceeds the same period last year by 10% (in 1st quarter 2019 – 74,3 thousand DT). Export-import operations in the region of UTAH was performed 5856 participants of foreign economic activity, which is 6.5% more than in the 1st quarter of 2019 (5501). The number of exporters increased from 2464 to 2614, and the number of importers with a to 3573 3816.

The volume of foreign trade export-import transactions in the region of UTAH, made at a cost of 6.6 billion dollars. USA, which is 5% more than in the 1st quarter of 2019 (6.3 billion USD. USA), by weight – 16.5 million tons, which is 11.5% higher than in the same period last year (14.8 million tons). The main foreign trade partners were: Turkey, Ukraine, China, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Islamic Republic of Iran.

The volume of foreign trade export transactions in the region of UTAH, made at a cost of about 4.1 billion dollars. USA (1st quarter 2019 – 3.7 billion. USA), by weight – 13.8 million tonnes (1st quarter of 2019 -11,9 million tons). The growth in exports was mainly provided by supplies of foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials for their production, as well as chemical products. In the commodity structure of exports dominated by food and raw materials for their production (74,1% of the cost), metals and their products (10.3 per cent), chemical products (7.2 per cent), machinery, equipment and vehicles (up 3.4%), mineral products (2.7 percent).

The volume of foreign trade import operations committed in the region of UTAH, made at a cost of 2.58 billion dollars. USA (Q1 2019 – 2,64 billion dollars. USA), by weight – 2.7 million tonnes (1st quarter 2019 – 2.9 million tons). In the commodity structure of import the leading position is occupied by food products and agricultural raw materials for their production (36,7% of the cost), engineering products (22,8%), chemical products (13.8 per cent), metals and products made of them (11,1%), textiles, textile products and footwear (by 6.7%), mineral products (3,9%). The decline recorded in respect of machinery and chemical products, metals and products from them, textile products and footwear mineral products.
