More than 2 600 pairs of children’s shoes detained Vladivostok customs

625 undeclared 2 pairs of children’s shoes were discovered by the staff of the Vladivostok customs at the customs post Sea port of Vladivostok. The goods were imported from China in violation of customs regulations.

The Russian importer has submitted at the Vladivostok customs the Declaration for the import from China container for various children’s shoes weighing more than 3 tons.

As has told the senior state customs inspector of Department of customs inspection customs office seaport Vladivostok Yury Kulakov, during customs examination of a container of the Vladivostok customs officers found 2 625 pairs (1,5 tons) of non-declared children’s footwear: sandals and sneakers. Not declared goods, the importer would like to save on customs payments.

Vladivostok customs filed a case on an administrative offense, of the goods seized.

Synopsis: In a Declaration in the prescribed form of goods are the responsibility of article 16.2, part 1 of the administrative code, the penalty for legal persons from ½ to two times the value of the goods which are the subjects of the administrative offence, or confiscation.
