More than 14 000 of undeclared US dollars revealed the Rostov customs officers
Officials of the customs post MAPP Gukovo, Rostov customs together with the Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the Rostov region revealed the fact of not declaring cash.
Truck DAF TE with trailer under control of the citizen of Georgia arrived at the customs post MAPP Gukovo, Rostov customs on the part of Ukraine.
During a joint inspection of the vehicle, customs officers and border guards had reason to believe that the car can be objects, which are objects of offences.
During a vehicle inspection using mobile inspection complexes the facility was placed under suspicion.

In accordance with the current legislation a one-time import/export of cash and (or) monetary instruments in an aggregate amount exceeding the equivalent of 10 thousand U.S. dollars, these funds and (or) travel checks are subject to customs Declaration in writing by filing the passenger customs Declaration for all sum of cash and (or) traveler’s checks.
The amount exceeding the rate of movements of cash without declaring, amounted to 4 $ 100. The passenger customs Declaration of cash a citizen of Georgia to the customs authority not submitted.
According to the man, the money he received from the consignee and had to pass the shipper in payment of the goods. About the rules of moving of cash through the customs border of the EEU he didn’t know.
Acting head of the customs post MAPP Gukovo Vladimir Kodua explained: “the Legislation provides for administrative and criminal liability for non-performance of requirements of the customs code of the EAEU customs Declaration of cash and (or) monetary instruments in an amount exceeding the equivalent of 10 thousand U.S. dollars. In respect of a citizen of Georgia initiated a case on administrative offences according to article 16.4 of the administrative code (failure to declare to the physical person of cash)”.
