May 15, 2020 on the territory of Primorsky Krai was officially far Eastern electronic customs (DUET). New custom within the far Eastern customs administration will begin to accept electronic Declaration of goods delivered by land and air types of transport, in early September 2020.
Today formed a temporary part of DVAT of 15 staff started the process of forming the overall structure and staffing of the customs. Acting chief of customs the Colonel of customs service Alexander Safronov. New customs body will be located in the city of Artyom (Primorsky Krai).
As the chief DVTU Yuri Ladygin, it is assumed that the far Eastern electronic customs and subordinate her of the far Eastern customs post (the electronic Declaration center) (EDC) will register and execute up to 40% of all declarative array of far East customs office, which is about 150 – 160 thousand goods declarations a year.
Thus, by the end of 2020 in the far East will have two CEDA:
– The Vladivostok customs post (CED), a subordinate of the Vladivostok customs. Today, there are customs Declaration of goods (93% of goods declarations), moved by sea transport in the far East.
– Far East customs office (CED), subordinate to the far Eastern electronic customs. It will be the customs Declaration of goods transported in the far East other (except marine) transport.
