Luhansk Customs announces the “What are you complaining about?” campaign on September 30th.

The Lugansk Customs has announced the launch of a legal campaign called «What are you complaining about?» on September 30th. The purpose of this campaign is to provide clarification to participants in foreign economic activity (FEA) on how to navigate through disputed situations in a pre-trial manner. Citizens and participants in FEA can join the campaign and receive information about the possibility of appealing decisions, actions, or inaction by customs officials. They can also learn about the procedure for filing complaints and the timeframes for their consideration.

The head of the legal department of the Lugansk Customs, Oksana Klimashenko, stated that if individuals have reason to believe that their rights, freedoms, or legitimate interests have been violated by decisions, actions, or inaction by customs officials and subordinate customs posts, they are invited to participate in the campaign on September 30, 2024, from 9:00 to 17:00. The event will take place at the Lugansk Customs building located at 26 Bakinskikh Komissarov Street, Lugansk, LNR. For inquiries, a hotline is available at +7 959 570 02 26.

It is important to note that Lugansk customs officials provide daily consultations and free legal assistance in the field of customs affairs. The legal campaign is being conducted to popularize the pre-trial appeal of decisions, actions (or inaction) in the field of customs affairs among participants in FEA.
