“Over the past 3 years is the largest commercial party transported by individuals in accompanied baggage, via our air checkpoint. Under current law, new goods are subject to a mandatory written Declaration. For failure to declare violators face an administrative fine of up to double the cost of roaming products,” – said the head of the customs office Airport Koltsovo (passenger), Dmitry Shishkin.

At present, goods are detained and handed over to the experts to establish its value. In order to take the product the entrepreneurs have to pay the fine, to declare the goods and pay customs duty.
