In the Tula region seized Shisha tobacco without markings
Employees of the Tula customs, police and Tula transport Prosecutor’s office on 3 February 2020, has verified the legality of trade in tobacco products in the city Nodal Tula region.
During a joint RAID revealed 44 bundles of hookah tobacco without excise stamps. The cost of a pack weighing 50 grams was 150 rubles.

Solves a question on excitation of Affairs about administrative offences: under part 4 of article 15.12 of the administrative code (trade in tobacco products without marking and (or) application information, provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, in case such marking and (or) drawing of such information are required) and article 16.21 of the administrative code (use of and storage of goods illegally moved through the customs border of the Customs Union and not complying with the established normative legal acts of the Russian Federation prohibitions and restrictions).
