Exports. In the commodity structure of export the share of mineral products (oil, coal and products of their processing, sulfur, cement, ores, slag, ash) amounted to 42.3% of its value, food products and agricultural raw materials – 30,9%, machinery, equipment and vehicles is 11.5%, wood and pulp and paper products – by 8.7%, metals and products from them – by 4.1%.

In comparison with 2018 has increased the exports of food products and agricultural raw materials by 6%. The exports of mineral products decreased by 3.5%, metals and products from them – by 6.8%, equipment and vehicles – by 13.9%, wood and pulp and paper products – by 12.9%.

Import. In the commodity structure of import the share of machinery, equipment and vehicles accounted for 55.7% of its value, chemical products – 12,8%, metals and products from them – 10,5%, textiles, textile products and footwear – by 7.1%, food products and agricultural raw materials – 6%.

Compared to the 2018 year is observed positive dynamics of cost volumes of import of metals and products from them – on 43,9%, of machinery, equipment and vehicles – by 32.5%, chemical products – by 12.4%, textiles, textile products, footwear 3.3%, foodstuffs and agricultural raw materials by 0.6%.

Cost volume of export by main countries-partners: China 30.5%, the Japan – 26%, the Republic of Korea at 23.2%.

The largest trading partners of the Far East, while imports were: China – 59,6%, Japan 12.6%, and the Republic of Korea to 10.2%.

The number of participants of foreign economic activity (FEA), to carry out foreign trade operations in the region of DVTU in 2019, was 15 793 (in 2018 on 13 883).

By the end of 2019, the far-Eastern customs transferred to the Federal budget of 355 billion roubles. The structure of customs duties has not changed more than 90% are the payments for imports.

Inflows compared to the 2018 year increased by 34% (or 91 billion rubles). More than 90% of enumerations is provided with four customs of the region – Vladivostok (82%), Buryat (4,36%), Khabarovsk (3,49%), Chita (3,19%). To increase the collection of customs and other payments in 2019 it affected the growth in imports of goods.

In December, 2019 in automatic mode was more than 90% of export and nearly 61% of import declarations. About 70% of the declarations (export and import) released automatically.

In 2020, the challenge is to ensure automatic registration 99% of all customs declarations and automatic release of four of the five declarations filed by participants low risk level.

Since the beginning of 2019 has a center of electronic Declaration (CED) of the Vladivostok customs, a staff of 179 employees. He was one of the first of the 16 CEDAW throughout Russia. Vladivostok CED has concentrated 90% of Declaration of an array of goods moved by sea transport.

In 2020, customs reform will continue. Will be established far Eastern electronic customs and subordinate customs post her – far Eastern center of electronic Declaration (CED). Far Eastern electronic customs Declaration will assume an array of “land” customs.

In the new structure of the customs authorities will operate several types of customs: electronic customs actual control and specialized, combining the functions of electronic and customs of actual control.

In 2020, the far Eastern customs officers have to ensure the launch of new and reconstruction of checkpoints in the regions of Buryat, Birobidzhan and Blagoveshchensk customs.

The final Board meeting of the far Eastern customs administration (DVTU) has passed in Vladivostok.
