Fish products on 166,8 million dollars was sent to the exporting enterprise of Kamchatka in the 1st quarter of 2020

About 80 thousand tons of aquatic biological resources, the cost of 166,8 million dollars exported from Kamchatka abroad according to preliminary results of the 1st quarter of 2020. In total exports of Kamchatka fish products has reached 90.6%.

The bulk of supplies of fish products was carried out in the people’s Republic of China (60,8%), the Republic of Korea (28.4 percent), Germany (4.6 per cent), Japan (3,6%), Denmark (1.3 per cent).

New export directions in the region of the Kamchatka customs in 2020 steel exports of fish products (frozen cod and salmon, frozen) for Spain and Georgia. Total weight of fish in these countries amounted to 73.7 tonnes (0,08% of total exports of fish products), with a cost of about 257 thousand dollars of the United States (0.16% of the total value of exported fish products).
