FCS of Russia informs about the change of criteria for the temporary importation of foreign aircraft business aircraft without payment of customs payments

FCS of Russia informs: on February 20, 2020 without payment of customs duties and taxes to the customs territory of the EAEU can be temporarily imported foreign civilian passenger aircraft, business aircraft number of passenger seats no more than 35 people and with a mass of the aircraft is more than 28 tonnes but not more than 60 tons (code 8802 40 003 4 FEACN of the cu).

Previously, such conditions were distributed on the aircraft the number of passenger seats from 19 to 35. Thus, with the entry into force of the Decision of the EEC Council dated 19 December 2019 No. 123 limitations on the lower limit of passenger aircraft.
