FCS of Russia: information on the introduction of automatic licensing of import of certain types of steel pipes

From 1 January 2020 introduced an automatic licensing (monitoring) of import of certain types of steel pipes, approved by the Decision of the EEC Board of 04.06.2019, No. 90.

Automatic licensing (observation) will be applied to drill pipe, casing, welded or seamless pipe and tubing welded or seamless pipe.

It is envisaged that the importation of goods to the customs authority of a member state of the EEU will have permission to import of steel pipes designed in accordance with the Instruction approved by Decision of EEC Board of 06.11.2014, No. 199.
