Declaration in CED – now for the goods conveyed in unassembled or disassembled form
The Volga customs administration takes part in an experiment initiated by the Federal customs service.
Now the function Declaration, which the participants of foreign economic activity move in an unassembled or disassembled form, moving from the customs actual control to the Volga customs post (the electronic Declaration Center) Volga e-customs, geographically located in Nizhny Novgorod.
Please note that CED is passed only the Declaration data of goods, and the goods themselves must meet one of the customs posts actual control of the Volga customs Dept.
To participate in this experiment, the participant of foreign economic activity must obtain a decision on the classification of goods (article 16 of the Federal law of 3 August 2018 No. 289-FZ “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”). Then any included in the solution components of the goods within the stipulated period, may be declared by filing multiple declarations for goods with the application code in accordance with the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity corresponding to the product code in packaged or finished form.
Attention! The experiment applies only in respect of goods, supply of components which begin in the period of the experiment.
Prior to the Declaration of such goods (import or export of which will be in unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or unfinished form), the declarant must send to customs of Privolzhsky e-notification of planned supply in electronic form or in written form with the Appendix of copies of the decision on the classification, certified by the declarant.

Features of customs Declaration of goods transported across the customs border of the Eurasian economic Union in unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or unfinished form, are defined by article 117 of the Customs code of the EAEU, as well as article 103 of the Federal law of 3 August 2018 No. 289-FZ “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”.
