Cigarettes from South Ossetia detained by customs officers

Tobacco products were discovered by customs inspection. Only 500 packs: cigarettes with filter “OMEGA Premiere black”, in packs black without excise stamps with the words “Pierre Martin Co. Ltd. Switzerland 20 Class A cigarettes”.

A citizen carrying tobacco, and was declared only the vehicle information about other products is not stated.

The identified tobacco products confiscated and placed in the storage chamber of the evidence of the customs post MAPP Nizhniy Zaramag, in relation to the citizen filed the case on administrative offences under part 1 of article 16.2 of the administrative offences Code of the Russian Federation (failure to declare or false Declaration of goods) and article 16.3 of the administrative code (violation of the prohibitions and restrictions on the importation of goods into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union).
