Chelyabinsk customs officers stopped the export of medical gloves

On the border with Kazakhstan detained a car with 8 boxes of surgical gloves. The export of medical devices officers stopped the Chelyabinsk customs, together with the Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region.

720 pairs of disposable latex gloves was arrested at the checkpoint through the state border of Varna (Chelyabinsk region). In addition to the gloves in the list of products – bandages, gauze, cotton wool, masks and filters for them, goggles, disinfectant and antiviral agents, highly durable Shoe covers, a chemical protection suits, respirators, goggles, medical gowns, and anti-plague suits. The ban on exports does not apply to one-time funds for personal use of citizens and humanitarian assistance.

“Since the entry into force of the Decision, this is the first case of export of medical devices from the Chelyabinsk region. At the moment the glove is withdrawn, an administrative investigation under article 16.3 of the administrative code. The sanction of article provides for the imposition of penalty with confiscation of the goods” – says Denis Tsymbal, head of the customs control after release of goods of the Chelyabinsk customs.
