Woman via the Internet, ordered various slimming capsules from the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Zhigulevsk.

According to received expert opinion, capsules with markings of “Royal Bilayt”, “Bilayt B-lite” and “FATZOrb” is not registered in the State register of medicines of the Russian Federation and contain a potent substance sibutramine. The total weight of seized controlled substances amounted to 464,64 gr.

Samara customs in respect of a citizen, a criminal case, the responsibility for which is stipulated part 1 of article 226.1 of the criminal code. This article provides imprisonment for the term from three till seven years with a fine in the amount up to one million rubles or the salary or other income condemned for the period till five years or without such and with restriction of liberty for a term up to one year or without such.
