More than 700 cases of administrative offences filed Smolensk customs in the first quarter of 2020

In the course of administrative proceedings in the first quarter of 2020 Smolensk customs has opened 705 cases of administrative offenses (AP), which is comparable with the same period last year (707 cases).

Rendered 640 resolutions on appointment of punishment in the amount of 282 million rubles (2019 – 686 regulations in the amount of 74 million rubles), the seized goods and vehicles amounting to more than 44 thousand rubles, lousisana customs payments for the sum more than 1 million rubles.

Through the work of the mobile groups to prevent the import of sanctioned goods by officials of the Department to control the importation and trafficking of goods (AQUOT) Smolensk customs during the period exercised control over 2766 vehicles. Found 80 vehicles with goods possessing the characteristics of the goods separate categories. Of these: 44 consignment deported back to RB, 7 games destroyed, involving 25 parties to carry out additional checks, the import of 4 consignments are allowed, with protocols on up to articles 16.11, 16.13, 10.2 of the administrative code (the lack of means of customs identification, a violation of the route, veterinary and phytosanitary regime). The results of the work of the mobile groups over the period were 23 cases of AP, together with the Rosselkhoznadzor destroyed 18 consignments with a total weight of 305 tons.

In the course of activities carried out by officials of AQUOT in the domestic market in cooperation with the transport Prosecutor’s office, Rospotrebnadzor, the Rosselkhoznadzor initiated 3 cases of AP according to the article 16.21 Of The Administrative Code Of Russia. Seized and destroyed 28,4 kg of “sanctions” products identified on the domestic market.

– Work associated with the execution of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation on combating the importation of embargoed goods is still one of the most important, – said the head of customs Vladislav Easy. – She would not be so successful without an established interagency cooperation between customs and other regulatory authorities.
