Belgorod customs will inform: filing statistical forms only in electronic form

Belgorod customs informs that on 23 July 2020 comes into force RF Government Decree dated June 19, 2020 n 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 № 1329”.

Now submitting statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with the countries of the EEU will be carried out only in the form of an electronic document signed with a reinforced qualified signature through the personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities.

Changing the deadline for filing statistical forms. The statistical form of the account of movement of goods must be submitted to the customs body in the region of the applicant consists on the account in tax body not later than the 10th working day of the month following the month in which the goods are shipped from the warehouse or receiving items at the warehouse. Earlier statform submitted to the customs authority not later than the 8th working day.

Belgorod customs reminds that the failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods entails for traders administrative fines from 10 to 50 thousand rubles.
