Belgorod Customs: on the necessity of submitting statistical forms to record the movement of goods

In the 11 months of 2023 in the region of Belgorod Customs registered 18,529 statistical forms of accounting for the movement of goods in the framework of mutual trade with the EAEU states.
Under Article 19.7.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, 451 cases of administrative offense were initiated. Failure to submit or untimely submission of statistical forms to the customs authority or submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information shall entail an administrative fine for legal entities – from 20 to 50 thousand rubles, in case of repeated violation – from 50 to 100 thousand rubles.
Belgorod Customs reminds the participants of mutual trade of the necessity to submit to the customs authority statistical forms of registration of the movement of goods, observing the terms and conditions of their submission. Statistical forms are filled in electronically in the personal cabinet of the participant of foreign trade on the website of the Federal Customs Service of Russia and submitted no later than the 10th working day of the month following the month in which the shipment (receipt) of goods.
Please note that for goods the import or export of which is possible with the receipt of authorization documents, information on such documents must be indicated in column 10 «Documents» of the statistical form. For goods subject to mandatory marking with means of identification, in column 12 «Description of goods» of the statistical form the codes of identification of group or transport package shall be indicated. The peculiarities of filling in the statistical form are established for goods subject to traceability. In column 19 «Additional information» it is necessary to mark «08» and to indicate the quantity in additional units of measurement.
