The North-Caucasian customs Department informs that on 24 July 2020 comes into force RF Government Decree dated June 19, 2020 n 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 № 1329”.

The main change is that 24.07.2020 the submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods must be carried out exclusively in electronic form with the use of the enhanced EDS (electronic digital signature) via personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities on the official web-site of FCS of Russia.

Also pay special attention to the increase of the deadline for submission of statistical forms, which will now be submitted no later than the tenth working day of the month following the month of shipment or receipt of goods.

Additionally, we inform that remains unchanged administrative responsibility is provided for failure to submit, untimely submission or submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information. Thus, in accordance with article 19.7.13 administrative code of the above offence entails imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 10-15 thousand rubles for officials and in the amount of 20-50 thousand rubles for legal entities. Repeated violation shall be punishable by a fine of 20 to 30 thousand rubles for officials in the amount of 50 – 100 thousand rubles for legal entities.
