At the Ural customs office starts the experiment on Declaration of goods transported in disassembled or unassembled form

Features of customs Declaration of goods transported across the customs border of the Eurasian economic Union in unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or unfinished form, are defined by article 117 of the Customs code of the EAEU.

Deciding on the classification of goods issued by the FCS of Russia, any one is included in the solution components of the product imported into the territory of the EAEU (or leaving it) within the prescribed period, may be declared by filing multiple declarations for goods with the application code in accordance with the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity corresponding to the product code in packaged or finished form.

According to the order of the FCS of Russia from 21 may 2020 No. 195-R of the Declaration of goods in respect of components can be supplied in the Ural Center of electronic Declaration, and actually brought one of the customs posts actual control of the Ural customs office.

Be aware that all goods must be subject to only one customs post, and the experiment only applies in respect of goods, supply of components which begin in the period of the experiment.

Prior to the Declaration of goods, the import or export of which will be in unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or unfinished form, the declarant shall send to the Ural electronic customs notification of planned supply in electronic form or in written form with the Appendix of copies of the decision on the classification, certified by the declarant.
