As a result of inspections of imported goods assessed by customs Vladimir 168 million rubles of fines

For the 6 months 2020 Vladimir custom carried out 22 verification activities in respect of imported goods, during which revealed violations of the customs legislation.

A total of 6 Desk customs inspections, 4 of the customs inspection, 12 of the customs inspection of premises and territories. The violations concerned the application of false information about the code of goods according to the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activities of the EEU and the customs value of the imported goods. The result of the additionally charged amounts of customs payments, penalties and fines in the amount of 167,9 million rubles, collected 19.5 million rubles. Initiated 182 cases on administrative offences on the facts of false Declaration of goods, violations of the currency legislation, non-compliance with the terms of the submission of the customs Declaration or representation of documents and information.

Together with bodies of Prosecutor’s office of Rosselkhoznadzor and Rospotrebnadzor Vladimir customs conducted 7 test actions in individuals engaged in the sale of goods in the domestic market. Items found with signs are prohibited. It foods, vegetables, fruits with a total weight of 221 kg. According to the decision of the Rosselkhoznadzor destroyed 205 kg.
