Appointed the new head of Ural customs administration

Today Deputy head of Federal customs service Andrey Moskalets submitted to the Plenipotentiary representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal district, Sverdlovsk region Governor and the staff of the Ural customs administration the new chief Alexey Frolov.

In his new position Alexey will continue the reform of customs administration and improving the efficiency of activities of customs authorities in the region. “Optimization of interaction Ural e-customs with the customs actual control of the region and reducing the administrative burden on law-abiding business the two main vector of development of customs service in the Urals,” – said Alexey Frolov.

The last two years the work of Ministry in the Urals has earned high marks from the leadership of the Federal customs service. In the first half in the region of management of foreign economic activity carried out more than 3 thousand legal entities. 93 They feature thousands of product shipments value of 7.2 billion US dollars. The Federal budget lists more than 30 billion rubles of customs duties and taxes.

Alexey Frolov came to the customs authorities in 1995. Eleven years in his native customs rose from inspector to the first Deputy head of the Department. Since 2006, led the first of the Khanty-Mansi and then the Chelyabinsk customs. In 2012 he joined the office of the Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Urals Federal district, where he supervised the work of law enforcement bodies of the region. In December of 2018 took the post of first Deputy head of Ural customs administration.
