Andrey Moskalets has a working visit to the Ural customs administration

Deputy head of the FCS of Russia Andrey Moskalets during his visit to the Urals on 7-8 July 2020 presented to Plenipotentiary representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal district, Nikolai Tsukanov, Governor of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev and the staff of the Ural customs office (UTU) the new head of Department Alexey Frolov.

In the course of working meetings with the heads of the Federal district and the region discussed the reform of the customs administration and improving the efficiency of activities of customs bodies. “The special attention of customs officers in the Urals should be directed on acceleration of process of customs Declaration for regional exporters and importers as well as to work on the transfer of funds to the Federal budget“, – said Andrey Moskalets.

In the last two years the work of the UTU received high praise from the leadership of the FCS of Russia. Concentration Declaration of the array in the Ural Cede to date exceeded 99.6 percent, in the customs actual control in the skill served an average of only one Declaration of the 250.

In the first half of 2020 in the region of the UTU foreign economic activity carried out more than 3 thousand legal entities. Decorated 93 thousand consignments worth $ 7.2 billion. The share of autopause when exports reached 55%, while import – by 12%. The Federal budget lists more than 30 billion rubles.

In his new position Alexey Frolov will continue the reform of customs administration and improving the efficiency of activities of customs authorities in the region.
