A dual citizen of Malta and the Russian Federation, having a residence permit in the Republic of Latvia, departing from the customs territory of the EAEU submitted the customs Declaration on floating his own product. In a joint inspection of Luggage and personal belongings of the citizen customs officers and the FSB of Russia in the Pskov region found empty albums for coins. In the result of customs inspection in the Luggage compartment of the vehicle, the customs officers revealed 45 thousand euros, concealed from customs control. In addition, among the things belonging to the citizen, was 8530 EUR 100 Croatian Kune and 746 different coins from different countries and years of manufacture.

The collection of coins from Russia, USSR, Europe, Asia, America, Africa, 19th-20th centuries and older, not declared in the prescribed form of foreign currency in the amount of 53 thousand Euro 530 and 100 Croatian Kune withdrawn.
