4.4 million rubles of fines collected Tatarstan customs officers for violations for the submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with the countries of the EEU
In 2019 Tatarstan customs registered 27 160 statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with the countries of the EEU. For failure to submit or the untimely submission to customs authorities of statistical forms, as well as for inaccurate information specified in the statistical forms, composed of the 697 reports of administrative offence under article 19.7.13 administrative code. The greatest number of protocols – 668 – have for violation of the deadlines for the submission of statistical forms. All assessed fines in the amount of RUB 4.6 mn Of them charged 4.4 million rubles.
The number of registered statistical forms of the account and movement of goods is increasing from year to year, and the number of violations under article 19.7.13. Administrative code is reduced.
According to the chief of Department of customs statistics of Tatarstan customs Svetlana Shigaeva, it is a natural consequence of systematic work on informing stakeholders and effective interaction with Federal tax service on RT.
For reference: In accordance with the decree of the government of the Russian Federation from 07 Dec 2015 №1329 “On the organization of statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with States-members of the Eurasian economic Union,” the Russian person that concluded a transaction under which goods are exported from the Russian Federation to the countries of the Eurasian economic Union, or imported into the territory of the Russian Federation from these States, shall timely and free of charge to submit to customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods.
The statistical form is submitted to the customs authority in the region of the applicant consists on the account in tax body in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, no later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the goods are shipped from the warehouse or receiving items at the warehouse.
Establishes administrative liability for failure to submit, late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods and for the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information (section 19.7.13 administrative code).
Article 19.7.13 administrative code, the fine for officials in the amount from 10 thousand to 15 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.
For repeated violation – a fine for officials in the amount from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
