Securing of Work for the Council The work of the Council is secured by structural divisions of the FCS of Russia, as to the proper issues. Organizational-technical support of the Council is the responsibility of the secretariat of the Council, comprising of the executive secretary and the officials from the Department of Interaction with the Business Community of the Administration of Customs Cooperation of the FCS of Russia. The executive secretary is appointed by the Head of the FCS of Russia from the ranks of the employees of the FCS of Russia. The executive secretary of the Council acts on a special assignment of the Head of the FCS of Russia: The executive secretary of the Council: carries out the assignments of the Chairman; manages the activity of the secretariat of the Council; interacts with the members of the Council; keeps correspondence on the issues, related to the activity of the Council; provides, in according with the Rules, for the meetings of the Council; organizes interaction of structural divisions of the FCS of Russia and business circles on the issues, related to the activity of the Council; keeps accounting of the decisions of the Council and controls executions of such decisions; prepares reports for the management on how such decisions are implemented; keeps minutes of the meetings of the Council. The FCS of Russia, if required for operation of the Council, brings about with the consent of the relevant managers of the Ministries and Departments the specialists, experts and consultants irrespective of their departmental identification. The FCS of Russia provides for the Council all necessary premises, means of communication and equipment. The activity of the Council is financed at the account and within the estimate of costs allocated for maintenance of customs authorities of the Russian Federation.
